Meet the Chef
Born in Massachusetts and a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Chef Matthew creates food that is rooted in classical continental cuisine and inspired by global influences. His menus blend comfort foods with fine-dining techniques, highlighting locally-farmed and foraged ingredients, coastal fare, and seasonal offerings. He sees the dinner table as a natural, intentional opportunity for people to gather, connect, and share a unique experience.

We’ll work with you to build a menu for your specific occasion and book the date. The Chef takes care of the shopping, cooks in your kitchen, serves your table, and cleans up afterwards, so you can make the most of time with your guests.

Simply submit the inquiry form, and we’ll get back to you within 2 business days to collect details by email (or a short phone consult by request). From there, you’ll receive a custom proposal. After booking is confirmed, we’ll design your menu.
Bookings are confirmed with an initial booking payment of 50%.Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to service.

Every menu is custom-made for each client. You’ll tell us your occasion, your party’s dietary restrictions, taste preferences, any must-haves or must-avoids. Chef Matthew will then craft a menu tailored to you, seasonality, and locale. You’ll receive the proposed menu to review, with up to 2 rounds of refinements included (if needed).

We can! If you need a chef for your seasonal home, vacation rental, or destination travel, let’s discuss availability or extended service. Chef Matthew has cooked privately in time-shares, cabins, and even campgrounds.

Chef services begin at $1000 and includes the cost of groceries. You will receive a customized proposal tailored to your request.
Requests for special order premium ingredients will be billed to the client. -
The initial reservation payment secures the event date and covers planning, scheduling, and administrative preparation. This payment is non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
If cancellation occurs more than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled service, any payments beyond the initial reservation payment will be refunded, less any nonrecoverable expenses already incurred on the client’s behalf (including but not limited to lodging, rentals, or specialty product orders).
Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
